Henry Hubert

  General Notes:

2) Henry Hubert - I would think the marriages to Maria Hutcheson in 1808 and Hannah Mann in 1822 are this Henry and not his father because of the age differences. A Sophia Hubert was a witness to the second marriage (but that doesn't tell us which Henry it is).

This is his death - "Henry Hubert aged 56 of 13 New Bridge Street buried 2nd Oct 1839 at Bridewell Chapel, City of London" (Ancestry) which puts his dob about 1783.

The death of Hannah Hubert registered Q2 1878 in Lambeth aged 77 is probably his widow which puts her dob as about 1801. If she had married Henry the father in 1822, she would have been 21 to his 63 which of course is not impossible.

Henry married Maria Hutchison, daughter of George Hutchison and Sarah, on 28 Jun 1808 in St Pancras Parish Chapel.¹ (Maria Hutchison was born before 1790, christened on 2 Jul 1790 in St James, Westminster,⁴ died in 1820 and was buried on 13 May 1820.)

Henry next married Hannah Mann on 22 Jan 1822 in Saint Martin In The Fields, Westminster, London.² (Hannah Mann was born about 1801 in Mile End or Whitechapel ⁵ and died in 1878.)
