There is a William Bailey, 48, sailor, who died in Victoria in 1852 but no others even close.   Chronology: He immigrated on the Elizabeth in Jul 1849 to Victoria. 3 William married Agnes Prater, daughter of Thomas Prater and Mary Goodfellow, in 1839 in Falmouth (reg).1 (Agnes Prater was born in Falmouth, Corwall 4, christened on 12 Feb 1815 in Mylor, Cornwall,5 died on 17 Jun 1884 in Park Street, Hawthorn, Melbourne 6 and was buried on 18 Jun 1884 in Boroondara Cemetery, Melbourne.)
